Ordering a Self-Test Kit

In a few days, you will receive a discreet package in the mail that will contain your testing kit.

Please allow one of our health educators to walk through the process with you in performing the test and sharing the sample.

We will review your individual result together, which allows you to receive a $25 gift card in the mail.

How to Be eligible

You must be a Marion County Resident
You must be 17 years of age or older
It must be at least 90 days since you last tested
